Effects of global warming according to Wikipedia

Man, there are a lot of things that will get messed up by the effects of global warming. It could make for a complicated mess. Wikipedia mentions the usual suspects: glacier retreat, Arctic shrinkage, and altered patterns of agriculture. But it goes way beyond that:

extreme weather events, an expansion of tropical diseases, changes in the timing of seasonal patterns in ecosystems, and drastic economic impact.
